We had a great evening with our Arrow of Light crossover into Boy Scouting, and our annual Blue & Gold to celebrate the birthdate of Boy Scouting.
Many, many thanks to our AOL parents for planning a wonderful evening. And extra thanks to the Dawson Diamonds for helping to serve and making the evening run smoothly.
Congratulations to our Scouts who received their Arrow of Light, and for crossing over into Troop 404. And Congrats to all of our Scouts who won awards in the cake decorating contest. And thanks again to the Dawson Diamonds for judging the cakes.
As always, more pictures in the Facebook album.
Our Scouts did an amazing job celebrating Scout Sunday with the congregation of Southway Community Church.
You’ve heard of the Pinewood Derby. But have you heard of the Raingutter Regatta? It’s a boat derby that provides Scout a large impact on the race outcome – they have to provide the wind power for their boat.
This was the first Regatta for Pack 404, and we offered rate heats for each den, heats to crown a pack champion, a siblings division, and a parent/leaders division. There was tons of fun, lots of cheering, and a little bit of splashing.

For our 2017 Holiday Party, we took a trip down to the Zoo Lights at the Houston Zoo. They were quite incredible, and everyone had a great time. We even got to see the giraffes.

Our Scouts had a great time spreading a little Christmas cheer at Watercrest in Shadow Creek Ranch. For more pics, see the album on Facebook.
